Position Summary:
Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for an exciting opportunity to work independently at two facilities in Tucson? Tucson Surgery Center and Tucson Endoscopy Center are seeking dedicated CRNAs to join our dynamic team as a FT 1099 contractor, working with Arizona Anesthesia Solutions (by Guide Anesthesia).

Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Compensation Summary:
Competitive annual pay of $280,000 as a 1099 contractor.
Monday through Friday.
No weekends or holidays.

About the Facility:
Tucson Surgery Center specializes in various outpatient procedures including orthopedic surgery, general surgery, gynecological surgery, ophthalmology, pain management, cosmetic surgery, and podiatry surgeries. TSC is located at 2121 N. Craycroft Rd. Tucson Endoscopy Center is located at 7140 E. Rosewood Street and features a two-suite GI lab.
