Position Summary:
Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for an exciting opportunity to work independently at Tucson Urological Institute dedicated to urological procedures only? Arizona Urological Institute is an ASC in Tucson and is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as a FT 1099 contractor, working with Arizona Anesthesia Solutions (by Guide Anesthesia). Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Compensation Summary:
Competitive annual pay of $270,000 as a 1099 contractor.
Monday through Friday.
No weekends or holidays.

Tucson Urological Institute is a two room ASC in Tucson, dedicated to urological procedures only. Tucson Urology has an integrated approach to urologic care and provide patients with access to experienced specialists, a comprehensive support team, innovative diagnostic tools, and advanced treatments. It is located at 7470 N. Oracle Rd, Suite 210.
