Position Summary:

Our outpatient anesthesia group operates across the Prescott valley, specializing in providing top-tier anesthesia services for a diverse range of procedures including cosmetic, gastrointestinal, vascular, dental, and more. Our facilities are generally more intimate, ensuring personalized care, where you will often be the sole anesthesia provider on-site.

Role: Full-time CRNA
Location: Prescott Outpatient Surgical Center, Tri City Surgery Center, Elevation Surgery Center, and other outpatient facilities in the Northern Region.
Compensation Summary:
$300,000 - $350,000 annually as a 1099 contractor.
CONTRACT TYPE:
If desired, 3 or 4-day flexible contracts available instead of 5 days.
Guaranteed 32 or 40 hour contracts.
8, 10 or 12 hour shifts.

Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
