ESTABLISHED LEADERSHIP.

The best predictor of future results?  Past results.  Arizona Anesthesia Solutions (AzAS) has demonstrated records of results-focused, relationship-based leadership in servicing hospitals, ASCs, and offices.  That leadership has been key in working with surgeons and facilities across the state, and developing a staff of over 100 credentialed providers.

AzAS proudly supports the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association, the Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Association, and the Arizona Dental Association.

Ali J. Baghai, CRNA

Director for Phoenix and Western ArizonA, Managing Partner

Originally from the suburbs of Boston, Ali has been a resident of Arizona since 2006. During summers while attending Boston College, Ali worked at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, Paul Newman’s camp for children living with terminal and chronic illnesses. His experience at The Hole in the Wall guided him to a career in healthcare, and during his sophomore year transferred his major from psychology to the school of nursing. Ali served as a registered nurse for five years in the Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Emergency Department at hospitals in Massachusetts, Nevada, California, and Arizona.

Ali completed his anesthesia training at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2009. Since that time he has provided anesthesia care in a broad variety of settings; from plastic surgery centers to labor and delivery suites, and from dental offices to the trauma room.

Ali is passionate about safe, accessible, high quality anesthesia care; those are integral values for AzAS. These values lead Ali, Joe, and Randy to establish AzAS to improve anesthesia services for patients, surgeons, and facilities. Mr. Baghai is past President of the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists, an organization representing over 800 CRNA’s. Ali served as the Chief CRNA leading the anesthesia department at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital for two years before joining AzAS full time. Ali now serves as AzAS Director for Phoenix and Western Arizona with a special focus on dental and cosmetic anesthesia services. He is recognized in the community as an expert in dental anesthesia.

Ali finds his greatest joy in time spent with his family, his wife of 15 years, Kristin, and his two young sons, Brayden and Callen.
